I am not associated with any mental health professionals nor do I claim to be an expert. With that being said, I have suffered from multiple mental health diagnosis. I started this website because when I decided to put my mental health first it was extremely overwhelming. I wanted a “one stop shop” if you will to find out more information on different things that were being presented to me. Yes, Google can be a great tool but the shear number of results can be overwhelming.
